Holiday itineraries are a good guide to our holidays, however each group is different and we seek to accommodate specific interests as well as incorporating many one-off special and seasonal events into our holidays. Itineraries contain all relevant details including a summary of the highlights of the holiday. Please contact us to receive individual holiday itineraries.
travel and accommodation
Accommodation is selected for its suitability for our guests and we mostly utilize 4 star holiday resorts. Bedroom arrangements are twin-share. Transport on holidays is by mini-bus or coach. Departure points for all holidays are usually the domestic airports in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. We remain flexible wherever possible to assist in transfers to and from departure points. Travel details, including airfares and accommodation, are advised closer to the commencement of the holiday and once the composition of the entire group is known. Flights generally depart your local destination mid-morning on day one and return late afternoon on the final day of the holiday.

Complete Application Form and send to us for assessment.
We confirm your booking in writing.
Full payment is required 21 days prior to commencement of the holiday. Some holidays require deposits to be paid earlier than 21 days in order to secure airline tickets and accommodation.
Full Travel Itineraries containing all essential information are forwarded 10 days prior to the holiday commencing.
We meet you and your carers at the specified meeting point on day one of the holiday.

Holiday costs are based on guests traveling from either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
Guests from destinations other than Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne regularly access our holidays and flight costs are determined on an individual basis.
Guests travelling by plane to the holiday commencement point are accompanied by our facilitators if a minimum of three guests are booked on the holiday from that destination. If there are insufficient guests from your location you can join the holiday by travelling unaccompanied with Special Assist provisions made with the airline.
